Parcside Townhomes offers a selection of spacious two- and three-bedroom townhome floorplans, each designed with two full bathrooms to support comfortable shared living. Our layouts prioritize privacy, functionality, and open living spaces, making them ideal for roommates, families, or anyone who wants extra room to spread out. With thoughtfully designed interiors, ample storage, and modern finishes, each floorplan is built to support both everyday convenience and a relaxed, home-like feel.

Leasing & Application Process
You can easily apply online through our website or visit our leasing office. Applications typically require a fee, proof of income, and a valid photo ID. Start your application to receive a personalized quote and secure your favorite floor plan.
Applicants are required to earn at least three times the monthly base rent. Additional factors such as credit, rental history, and background checks are also reviewed. Guarantors are required to earn at least 5 times the monthly base rent.
Yes, all applicants undergo standard credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.
Most applications are processed within 24- 48 hours once all documentation is received. Be sure to complete the Payscore process promptly for the quickest turnaround.
Yes! We offer short-term leases to accommodate life’s changing needs, with terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.
Yes, our Damage Waiver Program is required at our community. Personal Property coverage is not required, but we highly recommend obtaining to cover your personal belongings. Please contact the office for more details.

Move-in / Move-out
Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.
On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments are submitted and all necessary information is submitted to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
